This was the design that made me want to start making Mallerina flats. Its been some yrs since the first ones i made and i feel i came a long way from when i first started. I've learned alot along the way and it shows in this new updated version. Its great to see them as i orginally seen them in my head when i first thought them up

This pair of sneakers feature mainly black base with inclusion of red, pink and white. The side of the shoe has red and white hearts atop a quilted vegan leather. The back is stripped with red, pink, white and black that had a dripping pattern as if it over flowed leaking onto each other. On top of this is a clear coat of brail like paint. To top it off a thick gold chain drapes across from ankle to ankle. I name them Oil Spill because blood is, in a sense or oil. As yo can see its "spilled" at the heels. Only 6 will be made at $200 and each will be numbered.

These were done as a dedication to one of the best to do it. I remember being young and listening to 2pac and the feeling he would give me. So much energy and even to youngin, i understood. I could relate to not having much, to having to fight for respect, and to expressing your artistic side but still prove i was not soft. Alot was learned from him just being him. I hope to inspire the way he did. There will be no other like him and may him R.I.P.
